Sometimes life becomes heavy, with grief, heartbreak and sorrow overcoming us. It is hard to know what to do or where to go. This tea was made to soothe our hearts when they are broken. To not insist that they stay rigid and put together but to soften us, so when we fall apart all our pieces land gently. ⁠Blended with heart tonic plants, comforting flowers, and grounding herbs to help us feel at peace, this tea is a companion for when you accept that you are feeling a lot, and is like a friend that sits with you when you need it most.

Ingredients: Rose flowers (Rosa damascena), Hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataegus monogyna), Olive leaves (Olea europatea), Skullcap leaves (Scutellaria lateriflora), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)

How to take: Steep one teaspoon in a mug of hot water for 5-10 minutes. I suggest you drink this tea when you have the space to feel.

I would give this tea more than 5 if it were an option!
I experience grief from time to time from loosing my dad when I was very young. I ordered this tea, not remembering that it was my dads birthday coming up (the heart always knows right) and it landed exactly when I needed it to.
What it offered me is a safe container to feel, express and be, but with softness around the edges.
I have always been interested in herbal medicine but have never felt the full effects of the herbs in the way that I did this time. With Laz's pure energy that goes into putting the herbs together + the strength and magic of the herbs it was exactly what I needed.
I couldn't recommend Laz's products anymore if I tried! I have always been in tune with energy and frequency and I know that Laz is guided by the plants and is heart based!
Everyone experiences grief from time to time, loss of relationship, friendship, job, pet, you name it we all experience it. This is a product that should be handy in the cupboard!

Opens your heart wide

I got the Heavy Heart tea for my annual grief week. I‘ve learnt to take that week off because otherwise my body does it for me. When I saw this tea, I knew it needed to be my companion.

And BOY did it deliver! It starts off with the pleasant smell and taste, which makes it a joy to drink. Then it gets you warm and fuzzy. And then comes the opening heart part, which feels like finding the long lost key to an old lock. You suddenly feel raw and vulnerable - in the best way possible! If crying is the right thing, crying gets easier. If journaling does it, the words just flow and flow.

In a nutshell: This tea helps you unlock the feelings you need to feel. HIGHLY recommend.

Supporting me post breakup, beautiful scent and tastes delicious

I bought this tea after a recent breakup and I've been drinking it alongside doing breathwork and just when I fancy a cup. When you open the bag the scent of the herbs are absolutely incredible and they smell heavenly - no other way to describe it! It's been supporting this current phase of my journey and supporting my heart to heal. Thank you Rebecca, a wonderful creation and I'm feeling better and stronger.
